Railway artists paint travel dreams on canvas

At a national-level painting competition organised by Indian railway in the city, we saw some of the best painters of the department compete for the top slot.

Putting their creative dreams on canvas related to the theme - Indian railway - the painters from all over India put in their best at Satpuda Club even as the general manager, Central Railway, Mumbai, Devendra Kumar Sharma motivated and encouraged them.DRM Central Railway Brijesh Kumar Gupta was also present on this occasion.

The judges at this event were renowned painters including Dr Ganesh Tartate, Pramodbhau Ramteke and Vishwanath Sabale, who had a tough time judging the winners from a n array of finest artists. Two winners will be given prizes by the rail minister, Piyush Goyal.
