The judges at this event were renowned painters including Dr Ganesh Tartate, Pramodbhau Ramteke and Vishwanath Sabale, who had a tough time judging the winners from a n array of finest
artists
. Two winners will be given prizes by the rail minister,
Piyush Goyal.
