Hislop College organises flower show in Nagpur

Visitors were delighted to see myriad vibrant flowers on display at the annual flower show organised by the Hislop College. Over 14,000 plants were on display and 20 new varieties of chrysanthemum were introduced at the event.
“This is a very good event that not only showcases flowers but also encourages people to take up gardening,” said head of the department, Botany, Dr Mousumi Bhowal.
We spotted United Church of Northern India Trust Association’s director Prem Masih along with his wife Primrose, principal of Hislop College Dr Dipti Christian, Reverend Paul Dupare, educationists — Rachna Singh and Poornima Lala — enjoying the flower show.
