Cultural fest of Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering, Yash begins in Nagpur

The cultural fest, Yash of Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering in association with Nagpur Times kick-started with a lot of excitement.
The first day was quite action packed with Mr and Ms Fresher and Mr and Ms Farewell contests. Full credit to the students, who turned the auditorium into a high energy zone as they screamed and clapped all throughout the event to encourage their fave participants.
Dressed according to the retro theme, these young guns walked down the ramp and introduced themselves in the best possible way. Tanmay Jha won brownie points for his flawless rapping even as the audience bowed in front of him. Surviving all the three rounds like talent, extempore and Q&A, Snehal Singh Thakur and Tanmay Jha became Ms and Mr Fresher respectively, while Anuja Dhawas and Sanket Bhalerao enjoyed their moment of glory after bagging titles for Mr and Ms Farewell.
Poonam Chaudhari was given a special prize for the Pretty Young Lady of the YCCE. The second day was high on entertainment too. As super enthusiastic students got bowled over the livewire rock band performances one after another.
