Yana Gupta at Gitanjali Lifestyle event

The Gitanjali Lifestyle WOW Awards 2011 was an affair to remember. Top performers from across 25 categories covering various formats of events and live experiences were felicitated for their achievements during the year.
Another special award went to Mehul Choksi of Gitanjali Group, who was acknowledged as the WOW LIVE Patron, acknowledging the group’s strong belief in the Live experience platform, and one of the strongest corporate supporters of such a concept. Sameera Reddy, Yana Gupta, Kailash Kher, Hard Kaur, Claudia Ciesla and a extraordinary international act by Yogi’s Angels kept the audience entertained.
A special highlight was the celebration of The Great India Wedding Carnival, an ongoing sales promotion by India’s leading jewellery brands, which featured the glamourous Riya Sen making a dramatic entry on a doli, followed by a scintillating fashion show featuring garments from Maya Weddings & Occasions. Gilles Moutounet, Vice President — International Business, Gitanjali Group and Nishit Mehta, President, Gitanjali Group were also present here. Other guests included Samir Soni, Tanisha Mukherjee, Nikhil Chinnappa, Sayali Bhagat and Shibani Kashyap, amongst others. The guests were entertained with another spectacular fashion show, ‘Gitanjali Jewels presents Nishka Lulla’ which set the tone for the celebrations.
