Vinod Kambli plays beach cricket with kids

An eager group lead by Chinu Kwatra organised beach games at the Dadar beach on Sunday. Joining them was former cricketer Vinod Kambli who indulged them in a round of beach cricket.
The beach games included 'Hit the Plastic' where the participant had to hit a set of plastic bottles with a cricket ball, 'Kick the Plastic' which had the participant kicking the set of plastic bottles with a football, 'Avoid the Plastic' where the participant had to slide the football from one end to another end by dodging 10 plastic bottles.

Says Chinu who cleans the beach side from Kirti College side upto Prabhadevi, "The response was amazing and almost 150 people participated including under-priviledged kids. Students of Kirti College and NMIMS too supported the initiative. Vinod Kambli played and enjoyed the games while also encouraging people to help with keeping the surroundings clean."
