The three-day cultural festival Malhar at St. Xavier’s College

The turnout at the three-day cultural festival Malhar was 20,000 strong. Lines waiting to get into St. Xavier’s College went up to Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST) station.
From B-Town, Sridevi, Amrita Rao, Anjana Sukhani, Shazahn Padamsee, Arunoday Singh, Leslie Lewis, Vir Das, Purab Kohli and Shibani Kashyap mingled with the students as they judged various events.Street Dance, Band Event and Bollywood Dance, which marked the end of the festival on August 19, were packed with people wanting to see their favourite performances. HR College won first place over all and took home the trophy, followed by St. Xavier’s College in the second place and NM College in the third place.
