The three significant ���F���s of Mumbai all came together under one roof on Thursday afternoon ��� Food, Fashion and Fun.
So you knew right at the start that this brunch would be rocking... afterall, it had all the elements of a successful bash, plus a dollop of style and panache, with society���s well-heeled ladies all in attendance. As designer Saloni Lodha of London had a trunk show to showcase her Spring Summer 2009 collection, Roohi Jaikishan ensured the guests were well fed with her new line of healthy fine food products.All this took place in Tarini Jindal���s little store at Kala Ghoda.
Roohi and her sister-in-law Farah Oomerbhoy welcomed the ladies. Avanti Birla was seen on the social scene after a while. Renu Chainani divided her time between checking out the clothes and catching up with Samantha Nayar. Rhea Pillai looked years younger in her funky printed dress. Seen relishing the new gourmet products ��� Soignon Goat Cheese and Mutti Tomato ��� even as models Nethra Raghuraman and Lisa and Mallika Hayden modelled the creations were Natasha Poonawala, Divya Thakur, Kaajal Anand, Elina Meswani, Laila Lamba and Lata Patel, among others.
