Sammir Dattani ties the knot

Bollywood actor Sammir Dattani’s wedding to girlfriend Ritika Jolly in Dehradun, her maika, may have been low on celeb quotient, but it sure was high on excitement.
The excited groom, riding in a vintage car for a small part of the way, ultimately arrived astride a ghodi, even as family, especially sister Swetha and sister-in-law Niharika, who designed the regal white sherwani that Sammir wore for the wedding, clapped and cheered.Sammir too was convinced by friends to hop off and shake a leg.
The demure bride, on her part, chose to go retro for the occasion and wore a lehenga which she’d designed herself. “I based it on my mom’s Pakistani style lehenga which is just exquisite,” said she.
The couple’s reception will be held on March 21 in Mumbai.
