Who said you can go for a movie only on weekends?
Who said you can go for a movie only on weekends? If you feel like it, you could even go bang in the middle of the week! Which is what these celebs did as they braved the rains and reached this suburban theatre.
Looking bright as a bluebird was Ayesha Dharker, whose ink blue full-length dress was certainly eye-catching.
Shabana Azmi was one of the earliest ones to enter; Javed Akhtar came in some time later. Ruchi Narain made a public appearance after a long time. Another rare face on the social circuit was that of Darshan Jariwala, who was seen receiving compliments for his performance in his latest film.
Naseeruddin Shah, who came along with wife Ratna Pathak Shah, headed straight for Anil Dharker and gave him a hug.
And this time, the usually reticent Naseer was seen smiling sweetly at the shutterbugs. Mita Vashisht dropped her mobile phone on the floor as soon as she entered the venue which made the battery fall out. But thankfully, she managed to put it back together! How’s that for ‘phone’y talk!
