Preity Zinta at a fashion do in Delhi

One more international fashion label comes to India. And this time it is Spanish, in fact, the first Spanish fashion label to be launched in India – Adolfo Dominguez.
The grand launch party, hosted by the label’s retail partner, Wadhawan Lifestyle Retail Pvt. Ltd. (WLRPL), along with Feroze Gujral and Adolfo Dominguez’s daughter and the brand’s creative director, Tiziana Dominguez, saw the crème de la crème of Delhi’s fashion fraternity making an appearance to have a dekko at the brand’s Spring Summer 2011 Collection.
KYA KEHNA: Getting all the limelight at the event was actress, Preity Zinta. Wearing a sensuous black ensemble accentuated with pink pumps, we couldn’t resist, but ask her about a style tip that we could follow. “You wear an outfit, an outfit never wears you, so, always have the right attitude. And if you’re wearing a bright outfit, wear toned down accessories and make-up or vice versa. Getting all jazzed up for a party is a big no-no,” she told us. We shall keep that in mind, lady.
LUXE QUOTIENT: Gaurav Modwel, director, WLRPL & CEO, WHPL and Abhinav Zutshi, business head, International Brands, WLRPL played the perfect hosts for the evening. Said Abhinav, “India has now a brand that is affordably luxurious, fashionable and very fine on quality. There is something for everybody and almost everything for everybody.”
