This was one show where you needed to ‘tilt’ your neck and brain to get what artist Prasad Raghavan was trying to tell through his works — and that being, a commentary on the desire being constantly created in human beings to make them all more consumerist than ever.
The show was curated by Bose Krishnamachari on Monday evening and Prasad was elated with the response he got.

The show saw a massive turnout of Mumbai’s art-i-zens — Ashok Salian, Chintan Upadhyay, Sanjeev Khandekar, art world’s favourite couple Reena and Jitish Kallat, Ananya Banerjee, Riyas Komu, Ami Patel, Julius Macwan and Brinda Miller among others.
Remu and Naaz Zaveri too came to check “what are sure to be striking works” as did Viren Shah, Parvez Damania, Polish Consular Bylinski, Narendra Kumar and Amrita Zaveri. Wine, crisps and conversation flowed freely as guests mingled with each other.
