Sky is the limit: Actress Neha Dhupia, singer Neeraj Shridhar and violinists Silver Strings, all came together to participate and perform at the launch of the 81-storey residential complex, Brys Buzz, by the BRYS Group, recently in the capital.
The 300 meter-high tower, which aims at becoming a landmark in the NCR region by becoming one of India’s tallest buildings, will have 285 luxury apartments and villas in 10 acres of land.“Land is a fast shrinking commodity and there are issues related to acquisition as well. Vertical development is the only way to create iconic properties,” said Rahul Gaur, chairman of Brys Group.
Home sweet home: As Neha took on the role of the host for the event, she did drop hints about her liking the township and buying a place here in the near future. “After seeing this project, I have half a mind to shift base here. If, in future I have enough money and time, I’d love to buy a place here,” the actress said. The luxury residence will also have a helipad, jogging tracks and club facilities for its residents.
