Yes, you read right �� actress. Anju made her stage debut in Raell��s murder mystery, ��Murder on the Menu��, on Friday evening, and kudos to her hidden talent. She sure deserved the standing ovation she received at the end!
It was a dramatic evening right from the start, with the audience being a part of this interactive play. Over cocktails and hors d��ouvres, the guests mingled with one another, while later, over a lavish dinner spread, the ladies and gentlemen discussed the suspense.
Haseena and Mahesh Jethmalani came with their daughter Serena; Haseena was seen admiring Bandana Tewari��s necklace. Sumeet Chopra greeted Brian Brown with a friendly hug, while Nisha Jamvwal spoke about how work was taking up most of her time these days. ��But I came just for Anju,�� she smiled. Later, she was seen in conversation with Nikhil Nayar.

Chhaya Momaya was seated besides Yash and Avanti Birla; she was later heard telling Poonam Talwar how nice it was that such interactive theatre shows were making their presence felt in Mumbai too. Also enjoying the affair were Komal and Rajiv Wazir who were in the company of Sonia Garware, Krishna Kapoor, Ashwin Deo, Minal Bajaj, Henry and Ashita Tham, Raju and Esther Daswani and Arti and Kailash Surendranath. Anju��s cousin, entrepreneur Sangeeta Assomull, and Farhad��s father Dr Jamshed Taraporvala and sister Arzaan were also present to cheer Anju on. Whodunnit, you ask? Well, all these beautiful people did make it an enjoyable outing.
