Parsi food festival

Chef Shernaz Dumasia
has put together a delicious
Parsi
feast at the food festival.
Inaugurating the festival was actor
Cyrus Broacha
, a Parsi himself along with his wife Ayesha Broacha. Author and foodie
Kunal Vijaykar was also seen with the couple as they enjoyed authentic Parsi dishes at the food fest. Kunal who is known for his love for good food was satisfied with the taste and says, "I absolutely cherished the Parsi food, especially Mutton

, Chutney Pattice while Lagan nu Custard was a perfect sweet end to the feast."
To add to the ambience at the festival, the servers were seen wearing Parsi outfits like daglis and velvet topis. Bheja cutlet, Kolmi na kebab, Chutney pattice, Mutton cutlet, Murghi na farcha, Pattra ni macchi, Salli murghi, Mutton dhansak, Saas ni macchi, Sali pet edu, Kaleji khurchan, Bharuchi akuri, Lagan nu custard are some of the dishes on the menu which is on only for dinner till 17th August.
