– the literature and storytelling festival for kids was an unique platform for children and authors - especially Indian authors to discover, engage and interact with each other. This year the festival was a one-day event held at the

Royal Opera House

with over 20+ sessions for children between the ages of 3 to 15 years. It showcased the best of children’s literature in the past year.
It was truly an amalgamation of the rich Indian literature and culture, curating and showcasing some of the best works from our country! The festival not only had talented authors, writers, illustrators, cartoonists but also encompassed workshops and performances on the various other art forms including folk theatre, traditional music, radio jockeying and much more.

The festival also had India's first children’s choice award given by a jury of children for books from the past year. To support environmental concerns there was a story writing competition on environmental themes. Workshops with

Preeti Vyas

, Tara Sharma, Cartoonist Rohan Chakravarty, and authors Lavanya Kathik, Bijal Vacchrajani had kids and adults both engrossed in the sessions.
