It was the wedding of two powerful families that of the Goenkas with the Patnis.
The groom’s parents Sadhna and Ashok Patni were seen meeting and greeting the corporate czars that included Mukesh Ambani who came with wife Nita and mother Kokilaben, Kumaramangalam and Neerja Birla, Anand Mahindra, Venugopal Dhoot and Niranjan Hiranandani.
Other high-profile names present at this exquisite reception were Chhagan Bhujbal and Sushilkumar Shinde. And how can Bollywood be left behind? Right from Vinod and Kavita Khanna to Juhi Chawla and husband Jay Mehta to Dimple Kapadia, her daughter Twinkle Kumar, son-in-law Akshay Kumar and grandson to Fardeen and Natasha Khan, along with Laila Khan, star power was shining almost as bright as the couple.
