Milind's smashing B'day party in Mumbai

If AR Rahman rocked Pune with a live concert on Sunday, then music director Milind (of Anand-Milind fame) made sure Mumbai had a dose of musical masti too!
He had two things to celebrate ��� his birthday as well as the silver jubilee year of directing music with partner Anand. So he invited a whole bunch of his friends from the music industry to Zerza Restobar at Regale by Tunga, Andheri and the hall was chock-a-block with singers, lyricists and other musically inclined friends.
The regulars were there ��� Abhijit, Alka Yagnik, Sameer, Sudesh Bhosle, Kunal Ganjawala and his wife Gayatri ��� but there were a few surprises too.Like the presence of Pyarelal and Anuradha Paudwal; where had this singer with the wonderful voice disappeared to? Anyways, she was here, with her son, catching up with Udit Narayan.
The cake-cutting (two cakes were cut to celebrate the dual occasions) was quite a ���smash���ing affair, with Milind���s wife Anita and Anand smashing cake on the birthday boy. The celebrations continued well into the night with champagne and pulsating music. Lalit Pandit, Alok Nath, Arun Bakshi and Anthony Fernandes of Regale by Tunga were among the others taking in the shor-sharaba.
