Mary Kom & Abhay Deol shoot fot TAG Heuer

In line with its theme for the year, “Time for Rebels”, TAG Heuer organised an exhibition showcasing portraits of 40 Rebels from 20 countries.
Bollywood Rebel Abhay Deol and Sports Rebel MC Mary Kom were India’s representatives in the exhibition, which took place from January 16-19 in Geneva. Abhay’s and Mary’s portraits were shot by photographer Atul Kasbekar.
While Abhay, with his choice of films, has found the balance between commercial and meaningful cinema, Mary is five times World Boxing Champion, consecutively. She came back from a two-year sabbatical to clinch her fourth World Amateur boxing gold in 2008, a feat that prompted the AIBA to describe her as ‘Magnificent Mary’. She is the only boxer to have won a medal in each one of the six World Championships.
TAG Heuer brand ambassadors, F1 champ Lewis Hamilton and WTA Tennis champ Maria Sharapova, wore the crown as the King and Queen of Rebels in the exhibition, which supported two causes — the Green Cross International and the Smart Water for Green Schools.
