Mahashivratri: Roshans pray at family temple on the festival
Director Rakesh Roshan and his family, including wife Pinky, son Hrithik and his family, prayed at a Shiv temple at Apta near Panvel on the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri on Sunday
Director Rakesh Roshan and his family, including wife Pinky, son Hrithik and his family, prayed at a Shiv temple at Apta near Panvel on the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri on Sunday. The temple, which completes 25 years in 2013, was established by Hrithik’s grandfather J Om Prakash, and the actor has been praying there with his family every Mahashivratri for the past 12 years.
Talking about his grandpa, Hrithik later said, “He’s the most amazing man.
For me, he is symbolic of all the values and virtues of life. Half his strength comes from my nani. They make the sweetest couple.”
