In Gandhi’s footsteps

It was a musical do with a difference. The function saw a steady mix of actors and common people including Lakshman Gore, who was inspired after reading Gandhi’s work to alter his ways and Hashmat Ullah who repaired the truck that carried Gandhiji’s ashes.
Tom Alter a strong follower of Gandhian thoughts was the anchor for the evening. Tushar Gandhi walked in with his wife Sonal and interacted with the actors.Paresh Rawal, Pavan Malhotra and director Amit Rai were seen bonding. Nitin Kumar Gupta, Sandesh Shandilya, Swati Chitnis, Poonam Jhavar and Govind Namdeo were also present.
