Known to be good for health and fitness, hula hooping adds to the fun quotient and is the perfect indoor exercise routine for the rainy days. It is best for the entire body but most beneficial for the ab muscles. After few rounds of learning the participants were enjoying with catchy music in the background and it was almost like a dance session.
