Colourful sparks!

Sparks flew across the room like darts at Gallery Beyond the other afternoon.
No, not sparks of anger, but of full-blown creativity! Raell Padamsee���s foundation in memory of her late mother Pearl Padamsee initiated a trophy for ���Excellence in Speech and Drama���, and children of all ages from different schools vied for the coveted award.
The theme for the kids was ���Go green���, but there were variegated colours on display that afternoon as the judges Alyque Padamsee, Soni Razdan, Karla Singh and Gerson D���Cunha and guests including Anju Taraporvala and Vibhuraj Kapoor donned colourful hats.Chief guest Juhi Chawla gave away the awards, after the guests enjoyed the performances. Buddies Cyrus Broacha and Kunal Vijaykar were seen chatting with Nandini Sardesai. Sabira Merchant and Brinda Miller were also present.
