Talking about the experience, Chef Vivek shared, “I'm really passionate about food, the tradition ofcooking, and sharing it. This workshop was such a great experience as I had the opportunity to share some really innovative techniques with everyone. The focus was on different ways of

, its ingredients and techniques, which will definitely help the participants in making the perfect Chocolate Chilli Lamb.” Chef Anurita agreed and added, “I thoroughly enjoyed talking about the magic of baking , the importance of good ingredients and what makes a pastry standout .”

Participants at the workshop were happy to pick up handy tips. Akriti Agarwal, one of the participants shared, "It was a great experience as I got to learn many different tips and the importance of various ingredients. Also, it was an interactive workshop and I am really excited to try the same at home." Fasia Sheikh, another participant added, “Both the chefs had a different taking on cooking with chocolate. It not only looked good but tasted amazing too.”
