Celebs enjoy Padamsee’s Xmas eve bash

The Padamsee’s annual Christmas Eve bash at Alyque Padamsee’s Breach Candy building (coincidentally named ‘Christmas Eve’), was a super- duper fun affair as is every year.
A big lifesize cutout of Santa greeted you on the terrace, and you couldn’t help but put your face next to his and do a ‘Ho! Ho! Ho! yourself! But Santa went green this year and requested his guests to stick to the colour code too, in a bid to celebrate a Green Christmas and a Green Century and stop global warming.“It is melting my home in the North Pole,” he wrote in the invite.
The Padamsee family was there in full force — Raell Padamsee, Dolly Thakore, Sharon Prabhakar, Shazahn Padamsee. Akbar Padamsee was sporting enough to come, walking stick in hand; Cyrus Broacha and Kunal Vijaykar made merry and made the mood merrier; Teejay Sidhu and Karn Vir Bohra donned Santa caps through the night; Indu Shahani and Bakul Patel enjoyed the good cheer; even Slumdog Millionaire’s Tanay Chheda joined in the Christmas celebrations. ‘Merry ‘Green’ Christmas’ was the mantra and the midnight greeting at this bash.
