Adding to the aromas were the American apples that donned the tables, and the green apple martinis that did the rounds.
The model brigade flitted across the room and settled in one pretty corner. There was Candice Pinto who was partying the night away even though she had to get up at 6 a.m. to get ready for fittings for the upcoming Lakmé Fashion Week.
Joining her were Mugdha Godse, Diana Penty, Himangi Pate and Shonal Rawat. Diandra Soares was accompanied by boyfriend DJ Whosane, who felt there was too much congestion around the island bar and people should “spread” themselves.
Well, the ‘spread’ included fashionable couples Arshiya Fakih and Rij Eappen, Rajesh and Zeba Kohli, Natasha and Nikhil Chib and Palak and Samir Seth.
Not singing but prancing around were Anouskha Manchanda and Pratichee Mahapatra. Host Rohan Vaziralli, son of our girl-around-town Monica Vaziralli, presented a picture of a happy young man as he urged guests to have a good time. Which they certainly did.
