All work and then some ‘play’!

Play — the super club at Phoenix Mills opened its doors to Mumbai the other night and the city’s party animals swarmed in to play the party game.
What’s different about this one, you ask? How about a European feel the place gives, complete with aqua tables with fish tanks behind and crystal tables exemplifying elegance, flamboyance, bling and élan, all put into one.The pulse of Play is retrograde with a dash of bold colours and shimmer.
Trooping in to play the night away were Neeraj and Pomi Rawal, Gaurav Ghai, Rahul Narang, Dino Morea, Ashish and Ekta Raheja and Asad Shan. Adar and Natasha Poonawala, who seem to be partying mighty hard these days, err, nights, were seen having a good time here as well. Shaina NC also dropped in for a short while.
Playing perfect hosts to this eclectic mix of people — some who hung out in the Dice VIP lounge, others in the Checkers VIP lounge — were Rishi Acharya, Timmy Narang and Jitu Savlani. Also having a playful time were Darshan Hiranandani, Anupam Mittal, Divya Palat and Aditya Hitkari and Leena and Nikhil Mogre.
