A starry wedding reception

When the Dhoots celebrate, rest assured it will be an elegant celebration. Pradeep and Nalini Dhoot’s son Saurabh wed Radhika earlier this week, and the family hosted a grand reception to share their joy with their friends.
Venugopal and Rama Dhoot and Rajkumar and Sushma Dhoot were seen welcoming their A-list guests along with Pradeep and Nalini — from Adi Godrej to Mukesh Ambani to Lakshmi Mittal to Rahul Bajaj to the Hinduja brothers to Kumar Mangalam Birla to Deepak Parekh to high-profile politicians including Praful Patel and his wife Varsha, Amar Singh and Vilasrao Deshmukh to Bollywood’s biggest, everyone who is anyone in Mumbai was present to share in the Dhoots’ joy.
Men of the moment Shah Rukh Khan and Karan Johar made the shutterbugs go into a tizzy while Abhishek Bachchan made a quieter, yet grand entry. The ever-smiling Juhi Chawla walked in with husband Jai Mehta; Gauri Khan glowed in a golden saree while Simi Garewal stuck to her belief that white is indeed classy and right. The graceful Hema Malini came with daughter Esha Deol.
OP Bhatt, Niraj Bajaj, Sajjan and Sangita Jindal, Swati and Ajay Piramal, Arun Saraf, Mohammed Azharuddin and Sangeeta Bijlani... this was a wedding Mumbai’s going to remember for a while!
