Man-in-black Raja Dhody, looking like a cool dude (accompanied by daughter Tiara), man-in-white (with a touch of red) Azeem Khan and Roopkumar Rathod (with wife Sonali by his side) were the few good men among the whirl of women on the ramp at the super show put together by Roopa Vohra who showcased her jewellery collection for a cause ��� to benefit the children of the commercial sex workers in the city.

It was time for some sparkling red wine at the bar along with a fabulous spread of hors d���oeuvres and to have a view of the exhibits. The ramp walk and silent auction event at a suburban five-star hotel on Sunday night was a tribute to all the people who have shown great courage and strength in the hour of need and was dedicated to all those who have inspired us to have the will to make a difference.
���I can and I will��� was the refrain in the air as the wonderful women, all great achievers in their own right, breezed across the long ramp and into your heart. There was Aruna Raje Patil, Loveleen Tandon and a red-hot Mandira Bedi among the many women who looked like they had been catwalking all their life! Watching it all were the likes of Suchitra Pillai in a canary yellow sari, Nisha Sagar, Gul Panag with her delightful dimples, hotelier Rohit Khosla and wife Mala, couple-around-town Naaz and Remu Javeri.
