2010...movies, magic ‘n’ more!

Greats of Marathi and Bollywood cinema kickstarted the new year with Atul Kulkarni, who hosted a special screening of his latest movie. His director Ravi Jadhav and producer Meghna Jadhav were attending to the guests along with him and talking of, well, what else but cinema!
Marathi directors who’ve made a mark in Bollywood — Ashutosh Gowariker and Mahesh Manjrekar — were there to support the team with their wives, Sunita Gowariker and Medha Manjrekar.N Chandra brought his son along and the father-son duo got immersed in a long conversation with Bharat Dabholkar. Priya Berde also brought her children along. There were praises galore not just for Atul’s performance, but also for the music by music director duo Ajay and Atul. Ashutosh even commended the director on the interesting choice of subject.
Actors Sachin Khedekar and Vijay Patkar, cinematographer Mahesh Limaye and Nitin Desai were among the throngs of guests who were present that night.
