Positioned as one of the most significant events in the HBIMFF is a four-day event that brings together the 40 top Indian designers and brands on a platform that celebrates menswear exclusively.
Mentored by India’s foremost fashion guru, Prasad Bidapa, the preview showcased parts of the collections to be exhibited at the fair by designers Asif Shah, V from Van Heusen and Rohit Bal, who Bidappa described as the “premier designer in India today.”
While Rohit’s collection was inspired by the glamour and decadence of 18th Century Turkey, Asif Shah’s collection was one dedicated to Haywards Black, inspired by the deep and mysterious tones of Haywards Black.
Speaking about the association with the fair, TJ Vekateshwaran of SABMiller India said, “Haywards Black India Men’s Fashion Fair is a toast to modern Indian men, who are more stylish and fashion conscious than ever before. We believe that the HBIMFF showcases everything that Haywards Black stands for and will forge an everlasting relationship with our consumers.”

Added Bidappa, “HBIMFF is the only fashion platform in India that provides an overall perspective on men’s fashion encompassing designer wear and popular brands. We are delighted with the responses the show has been getting over the years and expect it to become as important as Pitti Uomo in Milan.”
The Haywards Black India Men’s Fashion Fair will be held between October 24-27th at the Glass Palace, Palace Grounds, Bangalore and apart from Rohit Bal and Asif Shah, will feature names like Tarun Tahiliani, Raghavendra Rathore, Manish Malhotra, Abraham and Thakore, JJ Valaya, Wendell Rodricks, Krishna Mehta, Rohit Gandhi and others.
