What’s cooking, ladies?

It was an evening high on classic Parsi cuisine at an event hosted by FICCI Flo Lucknow where they invited celebrity chef Anahita Dhondy to host a masterclass for their members.

The event began with the lighting of a lamp by Swati Verma, chairperson of the Lucknow chapter, Amrita Khattri, event chair, and other members of FLO. Anahita cooked two yummy dishes, Parsi Paneer Akoori and Chutney Pattice, for the ladies where she also demonstrated the whole process for them. Later, the ladies, dressed in their classy best, got to taste the dishes and also converse with Dhody who doled out tips on healthy eating and cooking to them.
