Waves of inclusivity across the streets of Lucknow

The 8th Awadh Queer Pride Parade organized by the Awadh Queer Pride Committee saw a multitude of crowds where members of the LGBTQIA+ community came together to celebrate love, togetherness, their identities. The parade was not only attended by community folk from Lucknow but also from Delhi, Bihar, Raebareli, Agra, and other parts of the country.

Darvesh Singh Yadvendra, the founder of Awadh Queer Pride, said, “This year the theme of the parade is inclusion and intersexuality. No matter what, we will be vocal and spread positivity across. We go beyond ethnicities, religions, cast, and races, and we believe pride is for everyone. Love is love!”
