This event at a city school was quite filmy

Since the love for Bollywood is quite prevalent among youth, the alumni association of a girls’ school in Lucknow organized a Bollywood night in the presence of its students, teachers, and some eminent personalities. While making their appearance as the special guests, Manjari Mishra, Beena Krishna, Bhavya Kapur, Pooja Garg and Bollywood actress Tulika Banerjee, etc. graced the evening with their presence.

Came all dressed up as their favourite Bollywood characters, the students and teachers were seen pretty soaked in the theme and tapping their legs on the evergreen peppy Bollywood tracks of the DJ. From the 90s to the 2000s, the attendees pulled off the looks of some iconic characters such as Hema Malini from Dream Girl, Circuit from Munna Bhai MBBS, Alia Bhatt from Gangubai and Brahmastra, Kashibai from Bajirao Mastani, Virus from 3 Idiots, etc.
Besides these, an interesting duo of Shriyanshi and Akshara was also witnessed at the event who were dressed as the lead characters of the Bhool Bhulaiyya franchise with all the accessories. Another duo of real-life besties Tanya and Radhika was also sighted recreating the classic Bollywood duo of BFFs Jay and Veeru from Sholay.

Since all the characters were judged by the special guests, the students seemed enthusiastic about winning the title of ‘Best Dressed’. Prabhati, a 13-year-old teen, who is a die-heart fan of Aishwarya, was dressed as Paro from the movie Devdas.

Along with this, some of the pass-outs also got the chance to meet their school friends after a long time through this event. Hence everyone was seen clicking selfies and enjoying a great time together.
