Singer-composer Mithoon's gala performance in Lucknow

First time lucky: Singer-composer Mithoon couldn’t have asked for a better response to his maiden performance in Lucknow. Organised at a prominent club in the city, the show had Mithoon playing his hit compositions live, which included the likes of Beete Lamhein, Banjara and Phir Mohabbat.
On special request: While Mithoon mostly stuck to playing the keyboard, Irfan, from the composer’s troupe, lent his voice to most of the numbers.However, at the crowd’s insistence, Mithoon wielded the mike and sang his chartbuster Tum Hi Ho from Aashiqui 2, which garnered a whole lot of cheers and applause from the audience, with most of them singing along.
Can't get enough: The performance went well beyond the scheduled pack-up time, with the crowd surrounding the stage and requesting their favourite songs, and Mithoon happily obliging them. “I normally don’t do such outdoor performances, but the crowd here is amazing, and I just can’t stop myself,” said the composer, in between his performance.
