Raju’s hilarious lessons on road safety to Lucknowites

along with the city police, several traffic offenders were rounded up during the drive, which also included several lawmakers themselves. Welcomed by Deepak Kumar, SSP, Lucknow, Srivastava, who's a regular visitor to the city at his in-laws' place in

Rajajipuram

, said he was always surprised at the state of traffic in UP.

"The first thing that one notices about Lucknow traffic is rash driving by city fok. Motorcycle wale toh kahin se bhi cut maar lete hain," said the comedian as he addressed the crowd at the crossing. "I am surprised how casually people here take traffic rules," he added.
Giving him company in this activity were JN Singh, IG zone, Amitabh Yash, IF STF and several others senior police officials who appreciated Raju’s way of driving the point of following traffic rules and observing safety on roads to the people in a comic way.
Later, Raju also rode a cycle around the busy crossing advising people enroute to wear a helmet for their own protection and safety.
