Javed Alam and Fariya Rasso's nikaah in Lucknow

The nikaah of Javed Alam and Fariya Rasso turned out to be a power-packed one with political big-wigs making an attendance since the bride is the niece of politico Shahid Manzoor.
One of the early guests at the wedding was CM Akhilesh Yadav. Having blessed the couple, the CM mingled with the other guests including Abhishek Mishra, Ahmad Hasan, Ambika Chaudhary and Shiv Pal Singh Yadav.
The whole venue was decorated in hues of gold and soft music added to the celebratory mood. Brothers Kunwar Umar Monis and Shariq Khwaja looked after the guests. Fariya was given a pleasant surprise by Monis who gifted her a car. “I had no clue about this. Bhai really surprised me," said an excited Fariya.
