Colours of life depicted at this exhibition in Lucknow

Lucknowites had a great time witnessing an

exhibition

titled

Dhusar

which depicted the colours of life. The exhibition by Sunil Kali was well-attended by art lovers from the city. The artist had displayed 23 impressionistic paintings which was an amalgamation of mix media and water colours.
Jitendra Kumar Singh, Principal Secretary, Ministry of Culture, UP, inaugurated the exhibition. The event started with lighting of the lamp by the chief guest, artists Shakeel Ahamd, Anil Risal Singh and Sunil Kali.
Since the artist hailed from Varanasi, and it was his first exhibition in the city of nawabs, he was quite nervous about the response from the people of Lucknow. "It's my first exhibition in Lucknow and I have really high hopes from the people here. Also, I have heard that Lucknowites have a great sense of art so I think they will easily be able to understand my paintings," he said.
