Celebrating a milestone with family and friends

Thelma Doris Jackson recently turned 80 and to celebrate this milestone occasion, her family threw her a heartwarming birthday bash at a hotel banquet hall. The party was attended by all of Jackson’s close friends and family members. As Thelma has dedicated her career to the field of education, a number of her colleagues and friends from the community graced the occasion with their presence. The party began with a memento given by Bishop Dr Gerald John Mathias to Jackson.

The selfie point, was people’s favourite spot as people posed for pictures there. Derick Jackson, the eldest son of Thelma, ensured that the music played at the party was of his mother’s favourite genre. In addition, he prepared a touching 15-minute video featuring a compilation of photographs and videos capturing sweet moments from his mom’s life.
