Art got digitalised at this exhibition in Lucknow
A digital art show exhibition was held recently in the city. Organised by
"Generally when people think of art, they think about a paper, brush and pen. Digital art form however, is a very new and innovative concept, yet already in demand. Honestly, even I’m a traditional artist and I’ve never done digital art. This is my first experience as well. Through this, I want to see the nuances of digital painting. The idea behind this exhibition is to bridge the gap between technology and art," said Geetanjali.
The guest of honours included Dr Bhupesh C Little and Dr Bharat Sah, Director, National Institute of Fashion Technology, Raebareli. "It’s a good platform to encourage students. I believe more students should participate," said Dr Bharat.
The event saw a huge turnout of art lovers, art communities and students from various art colleges along with private art institutions. Naisha, a recent graduate, said, "One unique thing about digital art is that you can get several reprints of the same piece, which I think is amazing."
