After months of rigorous selection and preparations, Lucknow finally has its freshest faces for 2014! Anjali Dasila, winner of the mall auditions in the city, and Harsh Vardhan Singh from Ansal Institute of Technology and Management were crowned the winners of Clean & Clear Lucknow Times Fresh Face 2014, after a high-energy event on Sunday at the City Mall, Gomti Nagar.

The two had the chutzpah required to floor everyone. The goodlooking duo Heena Husain from Isabella Thoburn College and Kumar Abhishek Singh from Shri Ram Swaroop Memorial University , were adjudged the first runners-up at the exciting finale contest, while charming Chaarvi Dwivedi and Abhinav Soti, both from Ambalika Institute of Management and Technology, walked away with the second runners-up titles.
The judges for the event included film and theatre actor from Luc know Dr Rishad Rizvi and fashion designer Ashie Sudhansh. The city finale saw nine of Lucknow's freshest fuchchas from various colleges compete with each other for the titles and now, the girls are a step closer to getting a chance at becoming the face of Clean & Clear at the end of the national round of this event, to be held in Mumbai a couple of months later.
This was a day we'd all been waiting for with excitement and a little trepidation. But when the freshest faces of the city went on stage, the only thing palpable was their high-voltage energy . The contestants outdid themselves at the grand city finale of Clean & Clear Lucknow Times Fresh Face 2014, which was held at City Mall, Gomti Nagar on Sunday . The con testants looked their best in the designer outfits made for them by designers at JMA Studio (for the girls) and Manish Tripathi (for the boys). Komal Ma hendru's team at Stylz salon worked their magic on the contestants to make them all look like glam models, and they walked like models too, thanks to the choreog rapher, Vivek Srivas tava. Emcee Mad dy, who'd seen the youngsters trans form from simple to super in the last month or so, remarked at how fab they looked! The contestants ditched cliches to impress the crowd with their self-styled introductions in the first round.The See The Real Me talent round saw a lot of lovely singing, some dialogue baazi and lots of dancing.The judges were actor Dr Rishad Rizvi and fashion designer Ashie Sudhansh. Next up was the Courage Quotient round, where the girls answered questions to show that they had the courage to deal with day-today problems and criticism.The nine finalists then answered the judges' questions in the Q&A round, which finally gave us the lucky six for the day ­ Anjali Dasila and Harsh Vardhan Singh (winners), Heena Hussain and Kumar Abhishek Singh (first runners-up) and Chaarvi Dwivedi and Abhinav Soti (second runners-up).
The winners received Clean & Clear goodies from Nandita Arora, product manager, Clean & Clear. It was even more exciting for the girls, since they now get to go to the finals in Mumbai, and increase their chances of becoming the face of Clean & Clear!
