An evening dedicated to dance

Organised at Kala Mandapam audtiorium recently, an event where students of Bharatnatyam teacher Syed Shamsur Rahman performed, was a huge hit! The event celebrated the 10th anniversary of a classical dance institute.

The event was inaugurated by

Shruti Sadolikar

Katkar, Vice Chancellor, Bhatkhande Music Institute, who was the chief guest on the occasion.
The very first performance was the Ram Vandana performed by the junior students on the stage. Soon after that Ashwini Srivastava and Pankaj Pandey, along with five others, performed lord Shiva’s Tandav and impressed the audience.
