Acting fresh!

The journalism and mass communication students of a private university recently organised a Freshers’ party for their juniors. While the girls looked pretty in western attires, the boys flaunted their gentlemen look wearing tuxedos. The do started with a group dance performance by Shreya, Prashasti and Akansha, who danced to Punjabi beats.
The seniors couldn’t resist hooting and applauding during the ramp walk by the freshers.Chetan and Ridhima’s ramp walk earned them several cat calls and whistles. Inderpal and Ridhima were chosen as the Best Dressed Male and female, respectively. Aman Khare, a final year student, surprised everyone with his magic skills by mind reading and observation.
During the talent hunt, some showcased their dancing skills while some came
up with their singing and beatboxing talent. While Jasmeet sang the mash-up of romantic songs, Aadesh’s funny poem on the love story of two students of different colleges left everyone in splits. The paper dance was enjoyed the most among the other activities. Mahi’s balancing skill made her won the paper dance competition. Finally, Adesh and Shreya were the winners of the talent hunt round.
However, the most-awaited part of the do was Mr and Ms Fresher where Rachit and Shubhangi from the under graduate and Aadesh and Samarpita from post graduate won the titles.
