A perfect jugalbandi of ghazals and Kathak in Lucknow

An event titled Khanakte Khwaab, which displayed a beautiful combination of

Kathak

dance and

ghazal

was recently held at Dilkusha Garden in Cantonment. Before kick-starting the event, everyone paid homage to the Pulwama martyrs by lighting up the candles and observing a two-minutes silence in their memory.

danced to the melodious ghazals sung by IAS Hari Om. Bengaluru’s music director Praveen Rao created befitting music for the

jugalbandi

. The act, which was directed by Surabhi herself, depicted a love story through the dance.
