, rendered some soulful songs which had the listeners singing along with him. Charles sang some English numbers like 'Take Me Home', 'Country Roads' and many more which received a huge round of applause from the keen listeners.

Later, he received several requests from the audience, and sang some of RD Burman’s songs like 'Chura Liya Hai Tumne', 'Mehbooba Mehbooba', 'Hothon Se Chhoo Lo Tum'.

The singer on expressing his love and excitement after performing in the city of nawabs said, "This is my first concert in Lucknow and trust me, the feeling is just amazing. I mean earlier I felt that probably people would not easily connect with my style of singing but once I started singing, the way the people sang along and appreciated my work, I am really amazed and honoured." Adding further, he said, "The response that I am getting today is such that people are inviting me again and again to come to Lucknow for more such concerts. Performing in this city will always be memorable."
