Work hard, party harder

Prabhat Roy’s get-together for his forthcoming movie, “Bhorer Alo”, at a city nightclub on Friday, saw the film’s cast and crew coming together to let their hair down after a hard day’s work on the sets.
Dressed in a black vest and jeans, teamed with a white and grey fur trenchcoat, Rituparna Sengupta seemed warm and fuzzy. “I’m here to encourage the team. It’s been a great experience working with Prabhatda.The script for “Bhorer Alo” is also fabulous,” she said. The event was attended by Rohit Roy, Priyanshu Chatterjee, Vaishali Dalmiya, model-turned-actorAnusmriti Sarkar and other unitwallahs.
While grooving to remixes like “Dooriyan hai zaroori” and “Tera hone laga hoon”, which were being churned out by DJ Rohan, Anusmriti said, “I am working with such senior actors in the movie. It has been a huge learning experience for me.”
Priyanshu mostly kept to himself, but he did remark how Bengali cinema has undergone a transformation over the years. “The kind of movies that are being made in Tollywood now — like “Autograph” and “Moner Manush” — are outstanding. Maybe, Bollywood could take a leaf out of Tollywood.”
