We are madly Bangalee, so excuse us for the delay,��� Neel Dutt told the crowd, who waited for an hour for the event announcing Anjan Dutt���s forthcoming venture Madly Bangalee, at a city club on Thursday.
Neel set the ball rolling with a song from Madly Bangalee, Jani Hariya Jabe Jani, after which it was over to the film���s six young debutants who got chatty with the media.The six actors ��� all from the theatre group Tin Can ��� made their excitement more than evident when the poster of the film was unveiled. Actor Chandan Sen, who plays a cameo in the film, was missing in action, but made up for it at the dinner party that followed. The usually media-shy Anjan Dutt spoke about the film, Gen Y and about how Madly Bangalee will take up from where The Bong Connection and Chalo... Let���s Go left off. Actors Sudipa and Saswata, who play a couple in the film, were seen chilling out with friends just outside the venue.
