After the performance, DJ Raman took to the console and churned out peppy numbers for the party animals.Despite the nip in the air, the fashion quotient of the ladies scored high, as they flaunted LBDs, off-shoulder gowns and crop-tops with denim. As the countdown to 2019 began, a deafening roar of Happy New Year filled the air.
People hugged and kissed, while some prayed for a healthy and hearty year ahead. Aaheli Basak, a reveller, looking pretty in an LBD, said, “This is the most happening party in town with great music and lip-smacking food. The best part is that you get to release sky lanterns in the air as the clock strikes 12.”
