Triple bonanza for music lovers!
It was a triple bonanza for the music lovers on a recent Friday night at The Big Ben, New Kenilworth Hotel.
As Friday Night Live featured three bands — Safire, One Night Band and Babuband back-to-back — the crowd was all enthusiasm. First, it was time for alternative rockers Safire to return to stage with a collection of new songs. “We paid tribute to the singing icons of 60s and 70s by belting out hit numbers like Leaving on a jet plane, Blowin’ in the wind and Bad moon rising etc,” informed Rahul from Safire.

One Night Band also took a retro-delic ride with songs of that era. “I’m feeling
nostalgic. The songs of early 60s and 70s take me back to my youth,” said a regular. Last but not the least, it was Babuband’s turn to step into those Spanish leather boots to take the crowd back in time. What a retro night that was!
