Celebs' gather for a prestigious award function in Kolkata

It was fun-fest for T’wood as the who’s who of Bengali cinema gathered for a prestigious award function recently.
Prosenjit, Anik Dutta, Tarun Majumder, Aparna Sen, Dev, Koel Mallick, Jeet Gannguli, Lopamudra Mitra and Parambrata Chatterjee were among the many, who received awards for their contribution to Bangla films.
A scintillating performance by Rituparna Sengupta set the mood for the evening, as she danced to popular Bengali tracks, while Kharaj Mukherjee had the audience in splits with his stand-up comedy.
Singers Surajit and Soumitra won hearts as Bhoomi sang their hit numbers. We spotted Madhabi Mukherjee, Indrani Halder, Shoojit Sircar, Gargi, Debasree Roy, Sonalee, Hiran, and Shaheb Bhattacharya at the do. Koel made for a pretty picture in a blue chiffon sari with zari border.
